September Pack Meeting on the 11th

Pack 550's first meeting of the school year will be the SECOND Tuesday of September at the Kirkland Congregational Church at 6:30pm. We'll have a DIY Raingutter Regatta and more. Come early if you have questions or need to renew your membership. Note: Camp Unity is using the church parking lot so plan to park across the street at City Hall.

Girls Welcome

We are happy to welcome girls to our pack this year. We have 3 parents who have stepped up to help out with girl dens! Please spread the word to friends and neighbors about this exciting new program. We will have paper registration forms at the pack meeting or families can join online.

Cub Day at Camp Edward - Sep 23 and/or Oct 27

Thanks to our successful fundraising last year Pack 550 is able to send every scout to ONE Cub Day. Non-scout siblings and friends are welcome but would need to pay $30. Parents and younger siblings pay $6 for lunch. If a scout wants to attend both dates they will need to pay for the second date. Scout Day at Sounders - Sep 29

The Seattle BSA Council has arranged a Scout Day at the Sounders on September 29. The Sounders will face the Colorado Rapids at 1pm. If you'd like to attend please purchase tickets directly here: https://groupmatics.events/event/SFCBSA18 Tickets will be emailed 48 hours prior to the match at the latest. September 26 is the latest date to sign up.

Service Project - Oct 6

Save the date to help out at the Food Bank Farm. We'll be harvesting squash and other veggies from 9-12pm. Come and stay as long as you can. Additional details will be sent closer to the date. Thanks to Hannah L for coordinating this service opportunity for the pack!

Museum Overnights - Nov 2 or 9

Save the date for a night at the White River Valley Museum in Auburn on Friday November 2 or Friday November 9. The cost depends on the number who signup but we expect it will run around $20 per person. Stay tuned for a signup form from Margo.
