Harvest Project - Pack 550 families helped to pick 12,000 pounds of food (6 tons) at the Harvest Service Project. We picked pumpkins and squash and pulled carrots and beets for donation to Hopelink.
Chocolate Update
The deadline is upon us for ordering chocolate. Please place your order by November 4th by emailing it to Shaiza and cc:ing the Chocolate Liaison for your den. If you have any questions you can ask your liaison or Shaiza.
You may do pre sales by taking the marketing brochure Shaiza gave out at the pack meeting and sharing it with family, friends and neighbors. Some people do all their sales before the chocolate arrives. Others order the chocolate and then they go sell the product. It is up to individual families. You can market them as great holiday gifts and teacher gifts!

Veteran’s Day Ceremonies at School!
We will be doing the flag ceremony at both Lakeview and Peter Kirk Elementary for the Veteran’s Day Assemblies. If your child attends Lakeview and would like to participate, please contact Cheryl. If your Scout attends Peter Kirk and would like to participate, please contact Margo.
Veteran’s Service Day Project - Pack 550 Scouts and their families are invited to the Veterans Day Ceremony on Monday, November 11, 2019 beginning promptly at 11:00 a.m. at Sunset Hills Memorial Park Cemetery in Bellevue. Immediately after the ceremony all scouts are invited to place flags on our veterans' graves. This is a wonderful opportunity for Scouts to serve the community in a meaningful and memorable way. Scouts should wear their uniforms while attending this event. We will not be meeting as a group there, but individual families can attend on their own. It’s a really easy way to address some of the Duty to God requirements for dens, at different levels, in a non-religious way. There is a Duty to God requirement for each age in Cub Scouts. You can refer to the required advancements your kids are working on. You can click on this page to see the requirements. http://usscouts.org/advance/cubscout/intro.asp
