May Pack Activities

Pack 550 has many events planned this spring.

  • New Family Information Night: Interested families of boys and girls in Kindergarten through 4th grade are invited to come and ask questions about our pack. Tuesday, May 1 at 6pm at the Kirkland Congregational Church basement hall, 106 5th Avenue. Free parking is available across the street at Kirkland City Hall after 5pm.

  • Mad Science Pack Meeting: Girls and Boys in Kindergarten through 4th grade are invited to our special Mad Science Pack Meeting. Tuesday, May 1 at 6:30pm at the Kirkland Congregational Church basement hall. Free parking is available across the street at Kirkland City Hall after 5pm.

  • Service Project at Marymoor Community Gardens: Join this planting party on Saturday May 5 at 1pm to plant veggies for the food bank. Please contact Mark Fendt to RSVP for this event.

  • Scout Night at the Mariners: Last minute tickets are still available for the game on Saturday, May 5 at 6:10pm versus the Angels. Deadline to purchase tickets online is: Friday, May 4 - 5:00 p.m. 

  • Bike Rodeo on Saturday May 12: This Kirkland-wide scout event is for scouts, siblings and friends who like to ride bikes, scooters, tricycles, anything with wheels! Boys and girls are welcome. The bike rodeo takes place in the Overlake Christian Church parking lot from 10-12 on Saturday, May 12.

  • Pack 550 Family Camp will take place over Memorial Day weekend (May 25-27) at Bay View State Park. The pack pays for the campsite and everyone pitches in to cover food. To sign up for the waiting list, click here.
